Hi,

If you did unprotected sex during fertile phase of period then there is high possibility of pregnancy. But it should be confirmed by diagnosis test. Most common and confirmatory sign of pregnancy is absence of period. If period will be delayed by more than 7 days then go for urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG test to confirm pregnancy. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
