Is There Any Precautionary Vaccinations To Be Taken Before I Go To Vietnam?

Hi I am wondering if you could give me some advice with regards to Travel Vaccinnations to Vietnam. While I realise you cant give me an exact answer a good guide will help. I am travelling to Vietnam for approx 6 weeks (Backpacking) going to many different areas outside the City areas and mixing with all kinds of people and all types of areas. It may help to have an idea. And as far as my Routine Injections go I have not completed so some may be required. So hope you understand. Thanks Geoff

2 Tetanus -diphtheria =====10 Td every 10 years.
3Varicella ===If you never had chicken pox
4 Hepatitis "A" "B" high risk .
