Abortion is a safe procedure if you do it in a good health facility. Abortion sometimes may have complications such as uterus injuries, bleeding and infections. In future chances of you getting pregnant may be be effected and somewhat reduced. An abortion should be preferably done within first 3 months of pregnancy, the sooner the safer it is. Use a condom in future if you do not wish to get pregnant.
