Is There Any Relation Between Constipation And Lump In Chest?

Hi my daughter is 18 days old and for a few days now she hasn't had a bowl movement well atleast not on her own a doctor told me try prune juice but it seems that's the only time she poops. To top it off I was palpating her belly and chest area and I found what feels like a little lump that can be felt in the center of her chest just below her ribs.. I don't know what to make of this or. If it sounds to you like it may all be connected... please give me some advice and thoughts on this thank you
