Is There Any Relation Between Green Stool, Green Urine And Abdominal Pain?

hello, my name is Amber, I am 21 years old. I recently had a break out of sores on my lip and they semi cleared up now but all of a sudden I got a canker sore on the side of my tongue before I got to the hospital I wanted to know if it had any relation to green stool and also green urine accompanied by abdominal pains. Could I have a herpes virus? Should I get my blood tested for the herpes virus?

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of being 19 years old started with a cold sore on the lip and then a canker sore on the tongue and also have green urine, stool and pain in abdomen.
The most probable causes are:
That you have an intestinal and urinary tract infection with typical bacteria that needs microscopy, culture and sensitivity of the blood, urine and stool.
Disturbed GI flora causes the sore and canker sores to appear, reduces the body immunity so much that you might have got herpes simplex. The appearance s always classical hence no need to check for it.
Get a proper course of probiotic, antibiotic, metronidazole and so on under the supervision of a Doctor.
