Is There Any Remedy For Red Spots With Small Pus On Head Worsened With Using Anti Dandruff Shampoo?
I am 35 year old male. I have red spots with small pus on my head made worse with anti dandruff shampoo. My wife recently suffers from the same thing without pus and has acne after this. We have tried all types of shampoos. The anti dandruff shampoos make it worse. The itching dandruff goes away but comes back again. Please advise.

Seems you suffering from scalp folliculitis which is common if one has dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis.
Avoid using hair oil on scalp if you are using it. Keep the scalp clean.
As a treating doctor i usually prescribe a week of oral antibiotics to my patients who present with similar complaints.
Antidandruff shampoo needs to be used twice OR thrice weekly. One can even use it daily depending on the severity of dandruff. Once your dandruff is under control, you can use the antidandruff shampoo once OR twice weekly for maintainence of improvement.
