Hello,
The risk of contracting an STD (
sexually transmitted disease) from sucking a woman's breast or kissing her neck is very low, but not completely zero. You have no risk of HIV unless you have open sores or visible blood in her breast milk and you have cuts in your mouth. But if you develop mouth sores, a
rash, or flu-like symptoms, consider getting examined by a GP.
If she has active cold sores (
HSV-1) on her chest or neck, you could get oral
herpes. There's a small risk of transmission of
syphilis if she has an active syphilis sore on her breast or neck. You are at low risk from HPV unless there were visible warts on her skin. If you’re concerned about herpes or syphilis, you are advised to get tested after 4–6 weeks for accuracy. Get clinically examined and get STD tests done.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
