Is There Any Risk Of Pregnancy If She Vomited After Taking I Pill?
i had unprotected sex with my galfrnd......nxt day she took i pill but then in another nxt 8 hrs she vomitted 8-9 tyms due to gastric n pit prolem........is there any risk of her gettng pblm as she vomitted out evry thing.......?n als she did nt gt her chormes aftr i pill (as it 5 dys nw)

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vomiting within3 hours of intake of I pill makes it ineffective as it is not absorbed by then.
Vomiting after 8 hours is probably due to the effect of the I pill after absorption in the body. The contraceptive effect of the pill will not be altered.
Sometimes, breakthrough bleeding or spotting can occur after taking I pill due to to hormonal disturbances. It can occur by 7-8 days after pill intake.
