Hi,

Tripride 2 is a combination of medicines (glimepiride+ metformin+pioglitazone) commonly prescribed to control blood sugar in type-2 diabetes. Its common side effects include abdominal cramps, diarrhea, weight gain, swelling of the legs and feet due edema, low blood sugar level, dizziness, and allergic rash.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
