Is There Any Side Effects For Syndopa110?

Hi, My Father has been diagonosed with parkinson s disease 3 months back. Along with other medication he is also prescribed to take syndopa110. Is there any effect of taking it? He sleeps a lot and seems lost. If traveling, is it better to stop taking it.
