Is There Any Side Effects Of Eating Boiled Eggs?

Hi. I would like to ask, is there any side effect of eating boiled egg which had been overnight in the refrigerator? I made an egg sandwich as breakfast yesterday night and put it in the refrigerator. My mum said it wasn t good for health especially male. Is it true?
