Hi,

Primolut-N contains norethisterone which is used to treat various menstrual problems including painful, heavy or irregular periods, premenstrual symdrome (PMS) and a condition called endometriosis. It is safe and effective medication if it is taken as your doctor's advice. This is the man made version of the natural female sex hormone, progesterone. Side effects of Primolut-N are nausea, vomiting, headache, breast tenderness, vaginal spotting, dizziness, abdominal cramps, menstrual changes, trouble sleeping, weight loss or gain, acnes, facial hair growth, blurred vision, dizziness, fainting, depressed mood, allergic reactions etc.

Loette contains levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol which is used to prevent pregnancy. It is also used for the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris in adult patients who desire oral contraception. It is a safe medication but it should be taken according to your doctor's guidance. Side effects of Loette are nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, spotting between periods, tiredness, weakness, breast tenderness, change in libido, weight gain, dizziness, depression, back pain, headache, breathing difficulties, allergic reactions etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
