Is There Any Side Effects Of The Medicine Eptoine?

Hellow! I am 43 yrs male faced to an opened skull surgery to remove pituitary macro adenoma (non fuctional) in 1st jan 2011. Since then taking 100mg eption 100mg 3 times per day. What are the possible side effects with this situation and if I taking the same dose for 2-3 years how it would effect on my, - Nerve system, - Hormones - Heart functions( already faced to PTCA and 2 drug coated stents and one bear metal stent are in), - Liver functions, - Kidneys - Lungs, - Eye sight, - Hearing - Throat, - Bones - Sexual strength, - Intestines and - Skin All the drugs taking at present are, Eptoine 100mg(bd) for 11/52; Diamox 125mg(mn/noc) for 7/52; Hydrocortisol 10-5-5mg ( total 20mg per day) for 11/52; Thyroxine 150mg (mn) 100mg for 6/52 and 150 for 1/52; Neourobion 1 tab (mn) for 6/52 Folic acid 1 tab (mn) for 5/52; Atova 20mg(noc) for 3yrs; Astrix 100mg (noc) for 3yrs; Ezemibe 20mg(noc) for 2/12; Nicorandil 5mg (mn/noc) for 2yrs; Preterax 2.5mg (mn) for 2.5yrs; Please provide your professional comments Tx! Hi,

Eptoin contains phenytoin which is used to treat and prevent epilepsy or seizures. It decreases the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain and in turn controls seizures. Side effects of Eptoin:
>> On cardiovascular system are: hypotension, tachycardia, vasodilation, cardiac arrest, syncope, bradycardia, heart failure etc.
>> On skin are: rashes, lupus erythematosus, pruritus, Stevens Johnson syndrome, contact dermatitis etc.
>> On endocrine system are: gynecomastia, decreased serum T4 and FT4, alterations in vitamin D metabolism etc.
>> On gastrointestinal system are: nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, constipation, dysphagia, flatulence, gastritis etc.
>> On genitourinary system are: urinary retention, urinary incontinence, dysuria, oliguria, polyuria etc.
>> Hematological related are: ecchymosis, thrombocytopenia, hypochromic anemia, leukocytosis, lymphadenopathy etc.
>> On hepatic system are: abnormal liver function tests, toxic hepatitis etc.
>> Immunological related are: sepsis, flu syndrome etc.
>> Metabolic related are: diabetes insipidus, hypokalemia etc.
