Is There Any Solution For Hair Fall Problem?

hi i am anamika ,i am 22 year old.,can you just tell me what is the best product for stop hair fall and also to grow up hair,,my hair hair is very dry & rough,and continue hair falling,and stop growing, right now i am using parachute oil and sunslik sampoo.i am very thankfull to you if you slove my hair problem.

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

I would keep a possibility of Telogen Effluvium in your case. Telogen effluvium in females is commonly due to Iron stores deficiency.

Hypothyroidism is another important cause of Telogen effluvium in females.

I would advice that you get a few lab test done e.g Complete Hemogram, Serum Ferritin levels, Thyroid function tests.

In my practice I usually ask my patients of chronic telogen effluvium to take an oral Iron Supplement along with a Biotin supplement for 4-6 months together.

A good healthy diet, a gentle cleansing shampoo and a good conditioner can be used for dry frizzy hair.
