Hi Dear Sir: I am 24 years old guy, my weight is nearly 50 kg and height is 165cm. I want to increase my height as well as weight. Height approx. 175cm and weight nearly 65 to 70kg. Also consume fresh fruits and XXXXXXX leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Join a Gym and do graded weight bearing exercises. This along with good protein intake will add muscle bulk to your body and you will have a better physique. Also do daily moderate exercise to improve blood circulation to your body organs and muscles. But these are not so effective... So suggest me some effective way!! Thanks...
