Is There Any Surgery To Stop Menstruation Completely?

I have really really bad menstrual cycle extreme pain and all the side affects nausea fatigue heavy flow headaches moodiness emotions all over the place I've actually missed events and work time over this. its gotten worse as I get older my mom had a hysterectomy around=d my age cause she had similar issues but hers was do to cysts. I would like to have some kind of surgery to make my period stop for good. any recommendations?
