Is There Any Treatment For Small Pimple On Chest Grown To Big Muscle Bulge Detected As Celloid?

hello sir, i am vikram from india,i had a small pimple like on my chest and now after 10years it has incresed to be a big muscle bulge on my chest,it does not pain but itches and i think its still growing,i had been to severel doctors they say its a celloid and cant be treated,is there any treatment for it...?

hi dear thanks for query on HCM

it is a keloid.you need to visit a plastic surgeon.
it is a difficult lump on treat.
you need patience and time to treat it. minimum of 9 months.
there are many treatment modalities, simple being a injection to site to intralesional excision. they may suggest pressure garment in addition.
show at the earliest.
