You are 37 wees means that your foetus is fully matured. So any time you deliver, it is going to be safe for your baby.
There are multiple ways to induce the labour. The simplest way is digitally stripping the mambranes which are around the foetus. In most of the cases this works very good. If it fails, then the medicines which make the uterus contract can be used.
If you are having rectal divarication, will you be able to bear down the pains during labour to push the baby out is a question!
However, you are on a very high dose of codein. It may reduce the uterine contractios. Also codein that you are consuming goes to the foets and may cause respiratory depression of the newly born child. So take your obstetricians advice and paediatricians advice before you deliver by any wayand any time.
