Dear sir/madam, ya definetly you are at risk for cardiac disease. General risk factor for cardiac disease ( coronary artery disease i.e disease of blood vessels supplying heart muscle ) are HYPERTENSION, DIABETES, SMOKING, SEDENTARY HABITS, STREEFULL JOB, FAMILY HISTORY OF HEART DISEASE, HIGH FAT DIET, INCREASED BODY MASS INDEX ETC. In these you have more than 03 risk factors. Hence i advise you to take hypertensive medicines regularly with periodic BP monitoring. Please check your lipid profile ( cholestrol ) also. Daily do half an hour brisk walking . cut down on salt and fat rich food. Have more of vegetables in food. If possible get cardiac master health check up yearly once. These are all preventive measures to make sure you have long and healthy life.
