Is There Risk In Getting Frenuloplasty While Having Infection?

Hi, im waiting on results from an sti test. i had unprotected sex recently.



im going in for a minor operation on my penis (frenuloplasty) in a few days. IF i had some sort of disease/infection, is there any risk in getting the frenuloplasty done.



by getting a small incision, can that let an sti that may still be living on my penis into my blood stream?

It will be better to wait till the infection settles. Otherwise there is high chance for post operative complications and affect healing also.
