Is There Something I Can Do To Get Deep Set Sunken Eyes?

Im 24 years Indian female . I desperately need sunken or deep set eyes. Otherwise my eyes look funny. It is a beautty concern. I have read that dramatic weight loss and lack of sleep leads to deep set eyes. So if i dont eat anything and reduce my sleep, will I get sunken eyes. Please advice me on this.

Hello,

Nutritional deficiencies cause sunken eyes, taking food rich in vitamin C, K, E and iron will be helpful. You can take vitamin and mineral supplements to compensate for the loss of collagen. Get treated for allergies, seasonal or other allergies that can affect the skin under your eyes.

Do not smoke, smoking may cause dark circles by degrading collagen and elastin. Avoid dehydration and direct exposure to sunlight. Take enough sleep. Get examined by a dermatologist. You may need laser treatment, treatment by micro-needling, dermal fillers. You may be recommended eye surgery, like fat transfer injection, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
