Is This Muscle, Tissue, Or An Infection?

About a few hours ago, i was cutting something With a knife. The knife, unfortunately, slipped and made a small cut (less than 1 cm. Very less.) in the upper half on my index finger. I put something on to kill the germs that might infect it and also put a bandaid on it. A couple of hours later, i take off the bandaid and realize that when i split apart the wound, i see two mini bead-like substances pop out of the wound. Now that i think about it, i think there were more underneath the cut. Is this muscle, tissue, or an infection?
