Is Tingling Sensation In Vagina A Sign Of UTI?

I keep having a tingling or weird sensation in the tip of the tube that I pee from in my vagina, i have repeatedly gone to the doctor he says its uti but then as soon as i am off the meds it starts back after i urinate it is worse. Iam turning 50 next month and only have one ovary.

This is possible sign of UTI but also it may indicate some other issues such as kidneys stone or STD. Also, it may be just irritation or nonbacterial infection. You should do urinoculture and analysis of urine if symptom is persistant.
