Is Tiredness, Dizziness And Shivering Normal After Operating Mouth Tumour?

Helo Doc I am 33 year old lady. I weigh 49 and height is 1m 65. I had am operation a week and a half ago. My operatio was in my mouth a tumour was being removd. The stiches hav nicley heald up.the problem is I experience tiredness,dizziness nd shivering. I think its frm the anaethesia nd I also feel its taking long. Don have chronic illness, healthy and fit.
