Is Tiredness, Moodiness, Argumentativeness, Sickness, Hunger With No Cravings A Pregnancy?

i came off my pill about 7-8 months ago and me and my partner have been having sex every other night to try for a baby. i have been feeling more tired, moody, argumentative, hungry but no food cravings and past 2 days feel sick. i am due my period this weekend so havent missed one yet, could i be pregnant?

Based upon your history I we cannot be sure that you are pregnant without missing your period but the symptoms you have mentioned mostly resembles early pregnancy signs.
