Is Topcef DC Or Moxikind Cv Effective For Bronchitis?

I have alergic bronchitis for last 1 month.One doctor has prescribed me Topcef DC twice for 5 days + 1 Tab Alercet - L at night + Diclozyme - P + Trump -A Syrup.another doctor has prescribed Moxikind CV 625 thrice a day for 5 days instead of Topcef Dc. My weight is 80 kg, height is 171 cm

I can understand your concern.
Topcef CV is having cefixime and clavulinic acid. Moxikind CV is having Amoxicillin and clavulinic acid.
Both are antibiotic with having similar coverage.
So you can take either of them.
Best treatment for bronchitis is inhaled treatment.
Inhaled bronchodilator and inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) are the treatment of choice for bronchitis.
Since you are not taking these, better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (pulmonary function test).
PFT will tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
You will definitely improve with inhaled bronchodilator (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroids (budesonide or fluticasone).
