Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history, you are having oral lesions of gonorrhea. My treatment advice is:

1. Avoid unprotected sex till the disease is cured.
2. Apply a Metrogyl-DG gel twice daily on affected oral lesions.
3. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
