Is Travel Recommended On The Day Of Abortion?

hi.. i am 19 years old and with a pregnancy of 9 weeks...can i abort and return home the same day..mention the best and safest abortion procedure at this stage of pregnancy?..who is the best gynecologist who does abortions in guwahati,assam? please mention a clinic or hospital where abortion can be done safely in guwahati city,assam?

Understand your concern
Yes you can do abortion and returned to home on same day if all the things will get on time and normal. Rest for 48 hour require after abortion. Better to avoid long distance travels.
You can do the abortion by using mifepristone and misoprostol abortion pill under supervision of gynecologist..
USG should be done prior to usg to confirm intrauterine pregnancy.
By procedure,mifepristone 600 mg orally after food should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by gynecologist. If required another 800 ug should be given after 8 hour. (Maximum three dose, if no response than D & c. SHOULD BE DONE TO TERMINATE pregnancy)
Bleeding and cramps atart 30-45 minutes after using pill and last for 4-6 days as abortion process will complete. It should be used under medical survilliance. Follow up at 7th day and USG at 14th should be done to confirm incomplete abortion.
