Is Travelling Safe During 23rd Week Of Pregnancy?

I am on Florida Medicaid and am 23 weeks pregnant. I am currently visiting my family in Hawaii and am overdue for a doctor visit. Can I see a Medicaid doctor in Hawaii while I m on Medicaid in Florida? Also I will be approaching my 3rd Trimester and am worried about traveling overseas. What is the no later than time to travel long distance.Thank you
