Is Tumor Near The Ears Malignant?

sir, i am having some tumor (say lymphatic) near in front of right ear since last 23 years.I got it tested in 1989 by getting blood through syringe at doctors advice for malignancy but it was negative after that I never gone to any Alopath doctor or get it tested for biopsy as I feel that if it is malignant then it becomes very dangerous after cut used for biopsy. I believe in nature,homeo, & related treatments instead of alopathic. I have read many books related above therapies,e.g. wheat plant leaves juice as per hindi book of Dr.Dhiren & Sanjay Gala- Gehoon ke Jaware , Gehoon meaning wheat.I also took many homeopathic medicines and also Go-mutra (Cows urine ) & some Ayurvedic medicines from private nature hospital in Jaipur. Before this I used self urine drinking & rubbing as per advice of some specialist of Indore in this field.I have never felt any pain but the size is little bigger at present towards throat .I always liked Urine Therapy(UT) but it is not possible to perform it completely in home. I want some center preferably in Rajasthan.I searched in net also but could not get any such center/contact no. Please guide me.

I have gone through your query regarding lump anterior to right ear. Though it is for last 23 years.

As per your clinical history it may be-

1- Enlarge lymph node.

2- Benign parotid tumor (Adenoma or mixed parotid tumor).

3- Lipoma.

To confirm it we should do-

a- FNAC from lump.

b- Ultrasonography of parotid region.

Inferences of above investigations and a thorough clinical examination will disclose the fact for diagnosis and that will be manage accordingly.
