Is Turmeric Advisable For Knee Pain While Having Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome?
I am 59 years old and have been diagnosed with patellofemoral syndrome in both knees. Severe pain daily for 2 years and nothing has helped the pain. No medicines and they do not reccommend surgery. Would tumeric be an aid in alleviating some of my pain? I also try swimming a bit.

Yes u can take turmeric as Curcumin is a key chemical in turmeric. Turmeric is more effective at preventing joint inflammation than reducing joint inflammation. Thanku.
