Is Urea In Blood Of A 3 Year Old A Serious Problem?

my son is 3 years old. and his blood report says he got urea in his blood. is it serious thing? what it cause/ when he was born one of his kidneys were dilated. is this anything to do with that???? he had urine infections many times. YYYY@YYYY please give me some answers. i'm really worried.

it's normal to have urea in your blood. it can be elevated when you are dehydrated or when your kidneys are not working properly.
