Is Urgency To Urinate, Small Blood Clots In Urine With History Of Hysterectomy Serious?
I have a complete hysterectomy for at least 12yrs now and I started having urgency to urinate with only a little urine vomit out as I wipe I notice blood on my tissue with small blood clots and it feels as if something is falling out is this something serious if so how serious

You can have urinary tract infection or bladder stone.
So consult your doctor - get urine routine , culture sensitivity & USG KUB done.
Take plenty of fluid orally.
