Hi sir I am nani 25yrs I am fucking a woman her age 50 without condome I do sex one time only After 1month I taking all types of tests in body ....In tests Urinary track analyser is having a problem ...infection is comes by pus cells and emphatheial cells....Its a sexual decease or not.....its problem or not....How to treatment body.Plz reply me
Hello Thanks for query. Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) transmitted throgh sexual intercourse with infected woman will always presents with symptoms like burning urination ,urgency for urination,severe pain while urinating and a thick purulent discharge from urethra and will be associated with presence of chancre on glans penis .
Presence of few puss cells and epithelial cells detected on routine urine analysis does not necessarily be due STD.
It is safe to get basic screening blood test done to be rest assures about acquiring STD.
You should get urine culture done and take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report .
