Can be due to cervicitis, cervical erosion .Get pap's smear done ,consult a gynaecologist .

infection can be different from bleeding. Two problems can be different. Get Gynecological examination and find the cause of infection and bleeding.
Cervical infection cause bleeding and white discharge. So get treated for infection first and then find the cause of bleeding.
