Hello, Now-a-days, there is no need to be worried about vaginal delivery as you have clinics which conduct painless labor with the help of epidural anesthesia. Your sonogram report is fine and shows normal findings. Also, a planned cesarean section is done when there is some maternal or fetal indication that can cause risk to give a trial for vaginal labor. In such a situation, delivery is planned as the fetus attains maturity, after 37-38 weeks of gestation. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you safe motherhood.
