So this is my first month taking mono-linyah. I usually take previfem but they didn t have it. Well the pharmacy had the mono-linyah ready a day later than they were supposed to so when I got the pack (on a Tuesday instead of a monday) I took the missed pill asap (i took it less than 1 day late) and then the pill that was supposed to be taken that day and have been taken them regularly since. My fiance and I had intercourse 1 to 2 days before I started the pack. I also had some light pinkish/brownish spotting after I doubled up on the pills. Could this spotting be break through bleeding? I am also done with the 3rd week in the pack and also feel bloated
