Is Vertin Advisable For Vertigo?

i have once vertigo recently in morning hour month before having at night while changing found diziness iam 76 year i used to perform yoga n i have been enjoying than how it happen to me ent gave me vertin can i continue is harmful for long use also can i perform yoga ramesh desai e mail add shanta packaging @hot mail .com

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. As per your history is concerned please follow my advise:

1) Vertin is advisable for short term not for long term so go as per cause only. Check your Blood pressure and record it.

2) Check your Sugar level

3) Do ECG to ruled out any cardiac disorders

4) If everything is normal and no pathological disorder present then go for BPV as you are doing yoga [canalith re positing] this is an exercise you can find how to do it in [YouTube] and do it 3 times a day.
