Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Doctor Rynne, My husband and I are over 65 yrs and we take multivitamin, vitamin, D3 approx. 3,000 mg, and fish oil and tumeric twice a day, I also take about 1800mg of calcium for osteoarthritis. We are wondering if we should take vitamin B complex or vitamin B12 by itself. My husband has high blood pressure pretty well under control with medication-atenolol and losartan, and we take simvastatin for our high cholesterol, also I take metformin ER for diabetes type 2. Thank you so much for your help
