Is Warm Labia, Soreness, Abnormal Smell Caused Due To Infection After Having Brazilian Waxes?
I have had 3 brazilian waxes and have had nothing but trouble since. My vaginal area was red and swollen like normal. However, it remained this way. I have not had a wax in 4 weeks and my symptoms are getting worse. My labia are warm to the touch and very sore. I also feel like I have an abnormal smell but no discharge. Is this an infection? I have a doctor's appt on Tuesday but the buring and pain is almost unbearable.
Welcome to HCM. Most likely it seems to be hair root infection might be due to improper hygiene or allergy after wax. Take nsaid to subside pain, inflammation. Avoid tight undergarment, tale proper local care. Get examined by your doctor for proper diagnosis and medical management.
