HI I SUFFER FROM FLUID RETENTION BUT A CONCERN I HAVE IS THAT ALL AROUND MY ANKLES I HAVE A LOT OF LITTLE WATER LIKE BLISTERS MORE SO ON THE INNER PART OF BOTH ANKLES BUT SOME ALL AROUND IS THIS BECAUSE OF THE FLUID RETENTION AND WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT IT?
