Is Weight Gain A Side Effect Of Progyluton Drug Intake?

I m 20 yrs old and my doctor recommend me progyluton due to decrease in periods blood flow.but I m worried becuse i heard about weight gain due to progyluton. Can it cause severe weght gain probelm or cause nonstop weght gain?weight gain by progyluton canbe controlled?how?
