Is Weight Loss Of 10 Pounds Without Hunger A Cause For Concern At 77?

Male 77 Wnt to the E.R. (COVID couple of months back.Took blood, took an x-ray and an E.K.G. Everything come back normal. Last colonoscopy clear. Back in 4 years. Always weighed around the 198 – 200 pound range. Havent weighed in almost a year. Weighed myself on an “”old rusty”” scale today. Shy of 190. Past week or two, go all day without getting hungry. I FEEL GREAT. Just not hungry. NO noticable symptoms. But I do fix something. Staying somewhat active. Is that a serious weight change? And, since I feel great, could this just be part of the aging process?? Slowing down??? Somewhat concerned. But feelgreat.
