Is Weird Feeling In Chest With Anxiety Sign Of Heart Attack?

I smoked something called "mad hatter" about 4 and a half hours ago, its similar if not more potent than k2. I'm almost 100 percent positive I had a heart attack. At the moment I have no pain really, just a very weird feeling in my chest. Its, kind of like anxiety is the only way I can think to describe it. Do I still need to go to the ER?

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Mad hatter is called LSD. LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide), commonly referred to as “acid,” is a powerful, mind-altering substance that can produce hallucinations and mood alterations. Some common signs of LSD abuse include chest pain, heaviness in chest, difficulty in breathing , a feeling of impeding doom., and increased blood pressure and heart rate. All your symptoms are because of overdose of lsd. Go to the nearest ed and get a antidote or benzodiazepine single dose for relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rishu Saxena
