I got my periods last month on 14th. this month from past three days there is watery white discharge from vagina and its little heavy today. I have gastric problem as well and sometimes constipation. I sometimes feel mild pain left side of lower abdomen and at times left . Is this a sign of pregnancy???

White discharge is not a sign of pregnancy. There can be many reasons for that.
I suggest you do a pregnancy test if you have missed your period by a week. If the discharge continues, it could indicate infection. So see a doctor.
