Is Whitening Of Tongue And Palpitation After Unprotected Sex Sign Of HIV?
Sir. I indulge in a sexual activity with a girl of unknown health status .i used a condom but i do lip kising. After three days i develop whiter surface of my tongue it simply looks as apart of tongue it can not be scabed out .as days passing it is bocoming lighter and area is decrased from 80% covering to 60% covering. On the day of sex and from 3 days before i use to have large meal gaps iuse to eat once a day. On the day of sex i have not taken any meal .and take suhagra tablet(sindafil citrate). Before sex.. Sir pls advise me. I am very tense and confused , i can not sleep.on the same day of expossure my heartbeat had incrased so much that i can hear it by my own. Is whitening of my tongue signify hiv infection or symptom.

Vaginal sex was protected and you used condom , so there is no chance of getting HIV infection by you by this way.
Kissing i.e.oral is not a mode of transmission of HIV due to antiviral properties present in saliva even if any one partner having HIV .
Your young became white ( mucopurulent coating of tongue ) tongue may be due to fungus infection or candida infection or rash due to sildenafil tablet ( otherwise this is reducing in size ).
So you are in such a tension and anxiety so palpitation is a natural thing , don't worry .
Otherwise also in HIV infection ,no symptoms appear just after 3 days of initial primary contract .
In my opinion according to this history there is no chance of getting HIV by you.
