I can understand your concern for acne and treatment prescribed for same.
Xtraglow tablet containing Acetylcysteine, Calcium Pantothenate, Selenium, Zinc, Biotin, Copper as active ingredients. You can take these vitamins as vitamin B complexes can be taken for longer period of time.
This is totally harmless tablet and there is no side effect of this tablet and you can take it as long as you want.
