I am 38 Year Old Male,married,and I am doing some yoga excercises.A few Excercises including dhanurasana (bow pose)and salabasana (locust pose)each for two minutes.While doing the above poses the pressure is on abdominal and hip.I feel the pressure in the penis and testis but there is no pain.Many Yoga Masters says that's good for men's sex life. My question is will the pressure cause any harm to the testes and lowering the level of testosterone secretion and thus affect manhood and libido.

Is Yoga Exercises Are Harmful For Sexuality ?
Yoga exercises are not harmful for sexuality. However keep in mind that pressure on genitals should not be excessive. Light pressure is good.
