sometimes when i pee the last drop hurt a littlebit is like it doesnt want to come out

It can either be due to a urinary infection or a renal lithiasis. Get your urine examined for infection and if it is there, get a course of good antibiotic for relief. Otherwise go for an ultrasound scan to rule out any renal stones.
