Itchiness In Toe, Hard Skin, Tiny White Bumps On Pressing, Bumps Spreading To Heel. Athlete's Foot?
My 10yr old son first complained of an itchy big toe , the skin was slighly hardened andif pressed revealed tiny white bumps. Within days this is also on his heel and he is very uncomfortable with how it itches. Is it athlete s foot? How can i help him and could be contagious? Hope you might recognise this by my description, thankyou, concerned mum

from the description I suspect it could be an athelet's feet or could be a dermatitis with secondary infection.
I suggest you could start on anti fungal dusting powder in the day time before he puts his socks and anti fungal ointment like clotrimazole at night.
remember to consult your dermatologist it it does not produce relief as seeing the lesion is best to diagnose.
